In the high-tech soilless production greenhouses, plants are transplanted in an inert substrate of ‘rock wool’ and are supplied with a nutrient solution via ferti-irrigation.
The nutrient solution not assimilated by the plant that settles in the substrate is conveyed to the recycling plant and sterilized by ultraviolet rays and then filtered before being mixed with a new nutrient solution.
Continuous-flow solution therefore means non-dispersion of irrigation water in the environment and its reuse.
This system is environmentally sustainable because it allows you to respect nature and conserve water resources.
